I recently moved to Toronto from Montreal for work. Having been childhood friends who eventually moved apart, Luc and I kept in touch via social media. When we were finally able to identify the apartment I really wanted, he was integral in securing the contract through diligence and persistence, and even amidst such a competitive market, he was able to negotiate a better price than was originally expected. Without his unmatched work ethic, I wouldn’t be in the amazing place I have now, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to both my friends and family.
