As an active Real Estate investor with multiple investment properties, having a Realtor I could count is very important. I've had the pleasure of working with Luc for three transactions now, on my journey from a property virgin to a man with multiple properties.  The time that Luc took to show me numerous properties and give me all the information that he could find gave me a great deal of confidence in each deal.  Luc was upfront and honest about everything, I will definitely use him again for my next transaction.

I recently moved to Toronto from Montreal for work. Having been childhood friends who eventually moved apart, Luc and I kept in touch via social media. Due to my new responsibilities, I’m at times forced to entertain unusual hours, but Luc was quick to adjust to ensure he was providing the best service possible. When we were finally able to identify the apartment I really wanted, he was integral in securing the contract through diligence and persistence, and even amidst such a competitive market, he was able to negotiate a better price than was originally expected. Without his unmatched work ethic, I wouldn’t be in the amazing place I have now, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to both my friends and family.  

Luc has assisted me in finding a condo in Toronto on two seperate occasions. Both times, he was accommodating and flexible while going out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of. Luc helped me set realistic expectations for the Toronto housing market. He was very knowledgable and patient in explaining the necessary steps to buying andn selling and in facilitating the decision-making process. Always prompt when we would go for a showing and Luc's personality made it fun.  Within 2 weeks I bought my first condo! After seeing several disappointing Craigslist listing and several half-baked showings with other agents I went to see Luc after getting a glowing recommendation from a good friend of mine. He saw me on the same afternoon I called, he asked me what I was looking for, in what price range and quickly found several options for me.
