I recently moved to Toronto from Montreal for work. Having been childhood friends who eventually moved apart, Luc and I kept in touch via social media. When I found out I was moving, knowing that Luc was in real estate, I asked if he could help me find an apartment. From the get go, it became very clear that he has incredible knowledge of the market, and with his outgoing personality, patience and confidence in his abilities, he made this potentially stressful task an enjoyable one. When we were finally able to identify the apartment I really wanted, he was integral in securing the contract through diligence and persistence, and even amidst such a competitive market, he was able to negotiate a better price than was originally expected. Without his unmatched work ethic, I wouldn’t be in the amazing place I have now, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to both my friends and family.
